Materias Mediales. Programa de investigación en arte, ciencia y tecnología offered a collective, transdisciplinary artistic research experience. Accompanied by invited artist-researchers, the programme proposed rethinking research practice not only as a way of knowing the world differently, but also as a way of making worlds and inhabiting them in other ways.
In Materias Mediales, all matter is medial: it becomes simultaneously an object of research and a medium of research, through which new mediations and materialisations can be deployed.
Coordinated by María Torres and Arjan Guerrero, Materias Mediales was one of the Cultural Studies (Estudios Culturales) programmes at Centro ADM.
